Membership Renewals
Renewals for the 2027 membership year open November 1. You can renew online, by mail, or in person — whichever option works best for you.
Dues are due by December 31. Gate cards are turned off for unpaid members on January 1 and turned back on once dues are paid. If dues are not paid by March 15, the membership lapses and you will need to submit a new member application.
✅ Online Renewal, Rebuilt for 2027
We know last year’s online renewal gave some of you trouble. We rebuilt it from the ground up.
- Your payment and your renewal are recorded together the moment you pay.
- You’ll see “You’re renewed” on screen and get an email confirmation right away.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with secure checkout by Square.
- Sign in with your membership number or phone number, or get a sign-in link by email.
- Print your membership card and update your contact info any time.
If anything looks wrong, email info@penndutchsportsmen.com and we’ll make it right.
💻 Renew Online
You can renew your membership online through our website. Visit the Manage Membership page, then enter your last name and your membership number or phone number to look up your account. Once your information appears, you can pay your annual dues securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
✉️ Renew by Mail
If you prefer to mail your renewal, please use the P.O. Box address below. Mail sent to the street address may not reach us, so please be sure to use the correct mailing address.

Be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your renewal form. Without it, your renewal cannot be processed.

Walk-in renewal dates at the clubhouse will be posted here once they're confirmed.
Please note that in-person renewals can only be paid by cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted for walk-in renewals.
