New Membership Application Process
The Online application link at the bottom of this page will direct you to a page on our website to complete your application, which will require an email address to submit. Your membership number will become your way to access your online record in our membership database after application approval for subsequent years’ online membership renewal and payment.
The Mail application link at the bottom of this page will provide a downloadable PDF of the New Member Application to print, complete, and mail to Penn Dutch Sportsman Club. Alternatively, you can pick up a mail-in application from the Clubhouse and follow the same mail-in process.
New Member Applications will be submitted for approval by the Voting Members at the next monthly meeting after receipt of the application. By signing the New Member Application, you agree to abide by the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Club, and that violations of such may be grounds for dismissal, without remuneration.
Currently, there are no restrictions on new memberships; however, a Prospective Member may be denied membership if a known history of dismissal from another sportsman’s club for significant conduct or safety concerns is expressed to the Voting Members at the monthly meeting where their application is considered. Prospective Members do not require sponsorship by a Current Member, but all new applications must be approved by the Voting Members.
If membership is approved, the Online Applicant, and any Mail Applicants who provided an email address on their paper application, will immediately receive an email advising them of approval. The email will instruct you to attend an upcoming Orientation Meeting where you will receive your new membership card. The Orientation Meeting will introduce new members to all aspects and activities of the club, all rules, regulations, and most importantly, the expectations for using the facilities in a safe and responsible manner. Orientation Meetings will be offered on dates provided upon approval. Reservations are not needed; just show up at the designated time.
Annual Member Dues are $50.00. All memberships run from January 1st through December 31st.
Current Member Renewal Process
Renewal Dues are $50.00 for annual members and $10 for junior members. For renewals, we start accepting payments on November 1st, and members have until December 31st to make their annual fee. If they do not pay by December 31st, their gate card is turned off. They then have until March 15th to pay annual dues in order for the gate card to be turned back on. If not paid by March 15th, they lose their spot and have to apply as a new member.
Current Members may login to our website and either renew online or download a PDF of the Renewal Application, print, complete, and mail it to Penn Dutch Sportsman Club, post-marked by December 31st.
Once accepted, new members can attend the next orientation meeting or any orientation meetings, but will not receive their gate card and membership card until then.
Checks returned from the bank for any reason will be returned to the Member and require the Member to pay the bank service fee in addition to the original Dues in question and re-submit by certified check or money order.
